These terms govern your use of embergroup.ai, including its pages, research, demos, the Anominal BioFoundry prototype and the chat assistants (together, the “site”). The site is operated by Ember Venture Group Pte. Ltd. (“Ember”, “we”), Singapore. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Engagements with Ember are governed only by a signed agreement. Nothing on the site creates a client relationship.
2. Our intellectual property
The site and everything on it, including text, research, designs, software, interfaces, data models, the BioFoundry prototype and its synthetic data, and the names Ember Venture Group, Anominal AI and Anominal BioFoundry, belong to Ember or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Using the site gives you no ownership of any of it.
3. What you may do
- View and use the site to learn about Ember and to evaluate working with us.
- Quote short passages, or describe the site in commentary, reporting, teaching or research, with attribution to Ember Venture Group and a link to the source. This is fair use, and we welcome it.
- Download the files we offer for download, for your own evaluation.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, republish, sell or distribute the site’s content, designs or software beyond fair use, without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or extract the prototype’s code, data models or methods, or use them to build a competing product or service.
- Scrape the site, or use its content to train or improve AI models.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, or to manipulate the chat assistants into ignoring their instructions.
- Present the prototype’s synthetic figures as real results, or imply that Ember endorses you or your work.
5. BioFoundry and other demos
The Anominal BioFoundry prototype runs on synthetic data generated for demonstration. No record describes a real farm, company or transaction, and its figures, forecasts and carbon estimates are illustrative only. Our research demos use public data, credited on each page, and are for information only. Demos may change or be withdrawn at any time.
6. Chat assistants
The chat assistants are AI systems. They can be wrong, and nothing they say is a promise, a quote or professional advice. A principal confirms anything that matters in writing. Please do not share confidential information in a chat; see our Privacy Notice for how messages are handled.
7. No advice, no offer
Content on the site is general information, not financial, investment, legal, agronomic or other professional advice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.
8. No warranty
The site, its demos and its chat assistants are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ember is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; continued use of the site means you accept the update. Questions: admin@embergroup.ai.
